Contoh kasus :
Ada beberapa invoice yang dikeluarkan Eksporter misalkan 4 invoices, tapi bank importer hanya transfer pembayaran L/C untuk 2 invoices saja padahal keempatnya sudah dikirimkan ke bank importer dan sudah jatuh tempo. Maka isi surat yang bisa eksporter sampaikan kepada Importer adalah :
